Job Description

The role of Concierge will involve being a first point of contact for customers, developing good relationships with them, handling occasional emergency or challenging situations, and going above and beyond to ensure an excellent service is provided.

This includes:

  • Directing customer queries and helping them develop life skills;
  • Developing positive relationships with customers and supporting them in their daily lives;
  • Handling emergency or challenging situations in a professional and safe manner;
  • Ensuring the security of the service and maintaining a safe environment;
  • Writing and updating customer notes to record progress and achievements.
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Concierge. The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse, and will be able to work under challenging circumstances.
