Senior Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Medilells. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health nursing and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by patients with mental health conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
