Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, including personality disorders and enduring mental illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care to patients in acute wards, low and medium secure wards
- Developing therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement
- Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
- Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
- Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
- Promoting professional development within the team
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- Ability to assess and teach junior staff
- Proven ability to coordinate care, prioritize tasks, and manage Health & Safety issues
- Drive to learn and develop
- Commitment to patient-centered care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
- Flexible, positive, team-oriented approach
