Adult and Child Mental Health Lead

We are looking for a Senior Psychiatrist to lead our mental health service in Norfolk. The successful candidate will work with adults aged 18 and above with learning disabilities, providing specialist treatment and care.
Key Performance IndicatorsQuality of Care: Ensure high-quality care is provided to patients, including accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Continuing Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in adult psychiatry and mental health diagnosis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of adult psychiatry, mental health diagnosis, and the Mental Health Act, along with the Code of Practice and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Compensation and Benefits- A competitive salary up to £160,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
