About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Tenancy and Community Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our neighbourhood services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to residents living in council-owned/managed properties.

  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues related to tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and communal areas.
  • They will collaborate with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach, acting as a representative for residents when required.
  • The role involves identifying and supporting tenants who are struggling to maintain their homes or are vulnerable to abuse, neglect, or other safeguarding concerns.
  • A key aspect of this position is developing estate action plans that improve the environment, reduce anti-social behaviour, and engage relevant agencies to address these issues.
  • The specialist will also respond to reports of anti-social behaviour, ensuring that the ASB policy is followed and communicating regularly with affected residents.
  • Regular estate inspections will be conducted with caretaking teams, with the specialist responsible for tracking issues that require external resolution and reporting back to residents and associations.

Estimated Salary: £28 Per Hour
