About the Permanency and Wellbeing Manager Role

As a Permanency and Wellbeing Manager for Vulnerable Children, you will play a vital role in ensuring that looked-after children receive the best possible care and support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.

You will be responsible for leading the Fostering Team in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable children and their families. This will involve working closely with other teams, including Safeguarding, MASH, and LAC, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the Fostering Team in providing excellent services to looked-after children and their families.
  • To work closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting vulnerable children.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
