About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner for Vulnerable Youth to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, supporting Team Managers, and promoting excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of children and young people.
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families through promoting participation and undertaking direct work.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to achieve optimal outcomes for children and young people.
  • Maintain high-quality case files in our management information system, ensuring all key information about the child's circumstances and plans are recorded within timescales.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to legislation, court rules, policies, procedures, and best practice development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and support Team Managers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
