Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to lead our team of carers in providing exceptional care to children and their families in the Luton/Bedfordshire area.

The successful candidate will have a strong management background, excellent communication skills, and experience of working with vulnerable children.

Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to clients
  • To design and deliver personalized care plans for each client
  • To monitor and assess clients' physical and physiological needs
  • To provide nursing interventions, including medicine delivery management
  • To build and maintain relationships with clients' families
Salary and Benefits:
  • £45,000-£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible working arrangements: 2 days/week from home, 3 days/week in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days' annual leave

  • Business travel expenses reimbursed at £0.45/mile
