We are seeking a highly motivated Children's Healthcare Delivery Lead to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

About The Job:
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload.
Our Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • A flexible working arrangement, including ~2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community.
  • 33 days holiday and a private pension scheme.
  • The use of a pool company car or travel card for community travel, as well as business travel expenses £0.
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs.
