Vulnerable Children Support Worker

As a Vulnerable Children Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential support to vulnerable children and families, assessing contacts from various sources, prioritizing urgent cases, and ensuring timely, high-quality action is taken by signposting to the appropriate teams and services.
Your Key Responsibilities- Key Contact Point: Manage all incoming social care queries via phone and written communication.
- Critical Assessments: Swiftly assess and prioritize cases, identifying those in urgent need and making appropriate recommendations.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor, coach, and guide team members, sharing best practices to continually raise professional standards across the MASH.

Benefits- Salary: £41,511 - £44,711 per annum, plus £5,500 market supplement and £963 essential car user allowance (subject to criteria).

- Generous Relocation Package: Up to £8,000 (subject to eligibility).
