Job Description
We are looking to appoint an In-Class Support Worker to work alongside qualified teachers to provide support in the classroom for children with learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly and use a variety of adapted strategies to meet the individual needs of these students as well as students with Statements of Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students in the classroom, including individualised support, group work, and general classroom assistance. They will also be expected to work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individual learning plans for students, and to contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the needs of students with learning difficulties, and be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be able to contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
