We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker to join our team in the Luton area. This role will involve supporting a male client with an acquired brain injury, providing assistance with daily living tasks, medication, and maintaining daily records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to set boundaries, and have a strong-willed character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviors presented. They will also have a good understanding and knowledge of complex behavior and brain injury.

As a Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker, you will be responsible for accessing the community, supporting the client to plan their day and interact meaningfully in the world around them, and motivating and encouraging them to achieve goals.
