Job Title: Special Needs Education Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Education Support Worker to join our team at a Primary School in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a Special Needs Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a mainstream environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans for students
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with additional needs
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and interventions

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A-C grades in English and Maths
  • Level 3 TA Qualification preferred
