- KPI Target Achievement: Work towards achieving KPI targets set by the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management is essential.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work well individually or in a team environment, with excellent communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Good standard of computer literacy is required.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make logical decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
