Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Manager to join our team at Bloc Hotel Gatwick. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, maintaining the highest levels of customer service, and leading a team of night staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the security of the hotel during the night shift
- Be responsible for the safety of hotel guests
- Manage and maintain administration of all reservations during the night shift
- Lead and manage the night team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular spot checks and 'on the job training' to agreed standards
- Assist in the administration of the night team, including rotas, time sheets, and month-end tasks
- Attend all relevant briefing and training sessions
- Work and promote Health and Safety matters
- Previous experience in a customer-facing night role
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Dedicated to detail with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- A positive 'can-do' attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
