Night Operations Manager

As a Night Operations Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be the first point of contact for team members during their shift, ensuring they follow established processes and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide critical shift information to frontline management to maintain operational excellence across shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Shift/Area Manager to develop and implement projects that enhance processes, promote a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve common issues and address support needs, leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
