Night Operations Manager

As a Night Operations Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to resolve issues and improve their performance.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including shift managers and other departments.
Our logistics team is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to improve our processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements- Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in local language, both written and verbal.
- Data Analysis: Experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.
- MS Office: Proficient in using the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
