Compensation Package

Job Description and Responsibilities

This SEN teaching assistant role involves working closely with our experienced staff to provide tailored support and guidance to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of individualized learning plans, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within the school community, and collaborating with teachers to ensure seamless delivery of lessons and activities.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans for students with special needs
  • Providing one-to-one support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth
Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree in Psychology or a related field and have relevant experience working with students with special needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
