SENCO Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional SENCO to lead our SEND provision at a progressive school in Tottenham. This is a full-time, permanent position.

About the Role
  • Lead the SEND team effectively to raise standards across the school and enhance the learning experience for students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Strategically plan for the development of areas that demonstrate impact on learning and progress of pupils.
  • Create an engaging environment for learners of all abilities.
Requirements

To be successful as a SENCO, you will:

  • Be an enthusiastic team player who works hard to ensure every student has access to education and receives the necessary support.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills to drive the SEND provision forward.
What We Offer

You will join a strong and supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on students' lives.

We estimate the salary to be between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
