Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective systems to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide targeted support for students with SEN.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for staff on SEN best practices and strategies.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for SEN education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Estimated Annual Salary: £40,000 - £55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
