Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Special Education Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting students with autism and trauma-related difficulties. Your expertise will enable us to deliver tailored assistance and promote positive outcomes for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular updates to the class teacher and other relevant parties.
  • Liaise with external professionals, such as therapists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in special education, preferably with experience working with autistic children and those affected by trauma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to support student needs.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
