Job Description:Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent psychology graduate to apply their knowledge in a real-world classroom setting and make a difference in the lives of students. As a Special Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support for students with a variety of needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
  • Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
  • Assist with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Help manage behavioral issues and encourage positive social development.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
