About the Role:
Destination Education Limited is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable school in East Finchley. As a key member of the educational support team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized care and support to students with SEN.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
* Assist in maintaining a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support delivery.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with children or young adults with SEN.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for education and commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
* Up-to-date DBS certificate or willingness to apply.
