Support Worker for SEMH Pupils

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work as a SEMH Teaching Assistant in schools across North London, providing support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have some experience of working with children or in a school setting.
About the Role:
- Working with small groups of pupils to provide targeted intervention support
- One-to-one support for SEMH and lower ability pupils
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress
Requirements:
- Some experience of working with children or in a school
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of SEMH pupils
- A passion for education and improving pupil attainment
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
