**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Public Health Wales. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming correspondence, emails, and sensitive information. You will also provide advice and guidance to colleagues, partners, and the public, exercising discretion and tact when dealing with complex issues.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
