About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Homeless Assessment Officers, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in operational Homeless services, excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Housing and Homeless legislation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Homeless Assessment Team within the Housing Need service in Falkirk
  • Support and supervise Homeless Assessment Officers
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain specialist knowledge of homelessness, housing options, and support services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Housing and Homeless legislation

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits.
