About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Homeless Assessment Team within the Housing Need service in Falkirk.

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality services, developing and maintaining specialist knowledge of homelessness, housing options, and support services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Homeless Assessment Team within the Housing Need service in Falkirk
  • Support and supervise Homeless Assessment Officers
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain specialist knowledge of homelessness, housing options, and support services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Housing and Homeless legislation

Our Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in operational Homeless services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Housing and Homeless legislation
  • Qualifications in Housing or customer care

Salary and Working Hours

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and the working hours are part-time, 14 hours per week (Monday and Friday).
