Pension Fund Administrator

A leading pension consultancy is seeking a skilled Pension Fund Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Member Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administration services to pension scheme members.
- You will process members' benefits based on entitlements under pension scheme rules.
- Update relevant pension administration systems or databases to ensure accuracy and corresponding benefit entitlements.
- Communicate member entitlements and resolve queries both verbally and in writing.
Main Responsibilities:
Key Tasks:
- Process and administer pension scheme benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits.
- Liaise with external organisations regarding scheme member benefit entitlements.
Requirements:
- Experience in administering a Defined Benefit (DB) Pension Scheme.
- Excellent customer service skills, providing high levels of service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
