We are seeking a highly skilled Defined Benefit Pension Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Member Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administration services to pension scheme members.
The successful candidate will have experience in administering DB pension schemes and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for processing member benefits, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process and manage member benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits.
- Liaise with external organisations regarding scheme member benefit entitlements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in administering a DB pension scheme.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
