About the Job

Bruin Financial is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Pension Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Member Services department, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate administration services to our clients.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing member benefits in accordance with pension scheme rules
  • Ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness of relevant system records and documentation
  • Providing clear and concise information to members regarding their entitlements and responding to their inquiries
  • Supporting other team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Collaborating with external parties as needed to resolve member queries and issues

We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in pension administration but also possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:

This position offers a mix of remote and office-based work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Estimated Salary Range:

We anticipate the annual salary for this role to be in the region of £40,000 to £55,000, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
