About the Position

Main Responsibilities
  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  2. Processing customer orders, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  3. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the administration or operations department.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
