About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team at Michael Page (UK). The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, reviewing existing policies, and making necessary improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to transition into a more analytical, detail-oriented, and internally focused role.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified with a career background developed within accountancy practice. They may also have a hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager in an existing managerial or review capacity, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base of limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, sole traders, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include managing audit compliance reviews, conducting training on compliance, educating the wider team on their understanding and monitoring CPD to ensure the team remains up to date.
