Job Title: Safety Assurance Manager - Rail Infrastructure
Location: Offices in Kent, Sussex, and Wessex
Hours: 47.5 hours per week, full-time
This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, ensuring compliance with essential safety and quality standards and contributing to high-stakes projects within the rail sector.
- Liaise with project engineers and design teams to guarantee adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Chair HazID meetings and maintain thorough safety records throughout project life cycles.
- Provide support to Contractors' Engineering Managers (CEMs) and advise clients on their obligations under CSM-RA and other safety legislation.
Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Estimated Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safety assurance initiatives and oversee CSM-RA application.
- Maintain accurate hazard records and provide comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
