Job Title: Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our team at Michael Page (UK). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial operations and laws, with experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance sector.

About the Role
  • Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal compliance.
  • Manage all payroll-related queries and resolve any issues promptly, collaborating with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up-to-date.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, and prepare and deliver payroll reports to relevant departments.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, developing and implementing efficient payroll processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Average salary for this role in the UK is £170,000 - £200,000 per year, based on a 5-day working week.
  • The successful candidate will be office-based and benefit from on-site parking.
  • This is a temporary role with potential for future opportunities.
