We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and monitoring to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Manage cash flow, ensure financial stability, and oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
