Compliance Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Manage audit compliance reviews
- Train the team on compliance and continuing professional development
- Improve compliance procedures and ensure the team stays up-to-date
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification
- Experience within an accountancy practice
- Background as a Client Manager overseeing delivery of accounts and tax services
- Motivation to move into a more analytical and detail-oriented role
