We are looking for a skilled Site Operations Specialist to join our team at Charlie Bigham's Quarry Kitchen in Wells, BA5 3FH. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site, adhering to company and legislative requirements.
  • Provide expert engineering support to production teams, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
  • Carry out planned maintenance to the highest standards, following established maintenance schedules.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably within a FMCG environment. A Mechanical and Electrical certificate (NVQ3 or equivalent) and/or a Time-served apprenticeship are required. Experience with food production engineering is an added advantage.
