Job Title: Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our cleaning team at two train depots on a rotation basis of 5 over 7 days, including weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves agreed cleaning standards and maintains site spends within budgeted working hours.

About the Role:
  • Supervise a team of 25 operatives to achieve cleaning standards and maintain site spends within budgeted working hours.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
