We are a well-established provider of auditing and inspection services for the construction industry, seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Inspector - Building Envelope.
Job Summary:
This is a home-based position in Kent, East Sussex, or South London, requiring a strong understanding of building envelope insulation and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough building inspections to identify compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with site installers, housebuilders, and architects.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve compliance issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with changing building regulations and best practices.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience).
