About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide daily assistance and care to a gentleman with a Spinal Cord Injury. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for enhancing his quality of life and helping him achieve his goals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in various complex areas, including personal care, medication administration, catheter care, and bowel care. You will receive full training and clinical support from our experienced nurses to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance and care to a gentleman with a Spinal Cord Injury
  • Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Care for the gentleman's catheter and bowel care needs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in care is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to all new employees.

You must be motivated, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
