Job Description

As an Autism Support Specialist at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. This will involve collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, as well as providing one-to-one support and guidance to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Providing support and guidance to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and facilitating community involvement
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of service user progress

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour, enhanced on all bank holidays. Additional benefits include access to ongoing training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
