Job OverviewThis SEN Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with our dedicated teachers to provide tailored support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will ensure the student has access to a high-quality education and can achieve their full potential.
The Role- Provide 1:1 Support: Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of the student with SEN.
- Collaborate with Parents and Carers: Keep them updated on the child's progress or concerns.
- Assist with Classroom Tasks: Help with generic tasks as needed on an Ad-Hoc basis.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role comes with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Based on national averages, this is equivalent to approximately $31,340 in the US.
Requirements- Driving License: Preferred but not essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in an SEN education role is essential.
