Autism Support Staff

Our female client is a young adult with autism, non-communicative but able to express her needs through gestures and behavior. She requires support with maintaining her home, promoting independence, and addressing challenging behaviors.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing a personalized support plan, working closely with our client and her family to identify her needs and preferences. You will also engage in activities that promote relaxation and enjoyment, such as water play, watching TV, and walking.
To succeed in this role, you will require a passion for delivering person-centered care, a commitment to empowering individuals with autism and learning disabilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our client's changing needs. A salary of £13.50 per hour (plus enhanced rates on Bank Holidays) and flexible shift patterns make this an attractive opportunity for those dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
