About the Job:
We are seeking a Support Staff member to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing in Crewe. As a Support Staff, you will be working closely with an individual with autism and learning disabilities to promote their independence and well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in social care and make a real difference in someone's life.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the individual with daily living tasks, managing risks, and promoting their participation in activities. You will also be required to work flexibly, including days and waking nights. We offer a competitive salary and ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career progression.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals who display challenging behaviour
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Salary: £13.50 per hour (enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
