About the Role

Excell Supply Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of students in Cheshire East schools.

This role involves working closely with teachers to support student learning and classroom management on a supply basis with potential for short and long-term placements.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and resources, ensuring that the learning environment is conducive to academic excellence.
  • Support individual students or groups of students in their learning, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and empathy.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher, enabling informed decision-making and data-driven instruction.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teachers and other school staff.
