Educational Needs Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Educational Needs Specialist to join our team at Exclusive Education.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be working with pupils from EYFS to KS4, supporting their Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised education plans for students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- UK work eligibility.
- At least 2 years' experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
