beBee Professionals in Crewe is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, in collaboration with teachers.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to ensure equal access to education for students with SEN.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
