About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing tailored support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN), working closely with our dedicated teachers to ensure the student has access to a high-quality education and can achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 Support: Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of the student with SEN.
- Communicate with Parents: Regularly update parents and carers on the child's progress or concerns.
- Assist with Classroom Tasks: Help with generic tasks as needed on an Ad-Hoc basis.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role comes with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements- Driving License: Preferred but not essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in an SEN education role is essential.
