Lettings Administrator

Job Summary:
KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, managing lettings enquiries, and supporting the promotion of available properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately capture caller details, log notes, and action effectively to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Deal with new and existing tenants via telephone and email, providing excellent service at all times.
- Progress lettings enquiries using various IT software, with training provided as needed.
- Arrange and confirm property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Support the promotion of available properties through various marketing channels.
- Log and action maintenance requests, liaising with external contractors to schedule.
- Ensure the database is up-to-date with accurate information regarding property and tenant data.
Requirements:
- Experience working within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property, or Maintenance.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of organisation and administrative skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to successfully complete duties.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
