Job Summary:

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, managing lettings enquiries, and supporting the promotion of available properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately capture caller details, log notes, and action effectively to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Deal with new and existing tenants via telephone and email, providing excellent service at all times.
  • Progress lettings enquiries using various IT software, with training provided as needed.
  • Arrange and confirm property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Support the promotion of available properties through various marketing channels.
  • Log and action maintenance requests, liaising with external contractors to schedule.
  • Ensure the database is up-to-date with accurate information regarding property and tenant data.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property, or Maintenance.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of organisation and administrative skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to successfully complete duties.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
