Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a newly refurbished building with over 80 studio apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process lettings enquiries using our CRM system
  • Handle check ins and check outs
  • Advertise available properties on various platforms
  • Handle tenant enquiries and complaints
  • Contract renewals
  • End of tenancy procedures - deposit returns, stock inventory etc

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Lettings and/or Property
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
